Recorded 1999 and 2000 in my bedroom on a PC and Black Eyed Pig studios in San Francisco.
Mixed by Black Eyed Pig.
Mastered at Sony.

Kyle Statham played drums on 1, 2, 9 & 11, shaker on 8 and sang backing vocals on 5.
Ben Montesano played drums on 3,5 & 6 and the egg on 3.
Mauri Skinfill played drums on 7, 8 & 12.
Tim Mitchell played bass on 3, 5 & 6.
Scott Kannberg played bass on 8 & 12.
Jason Ruck played keys on 3, 5 & 6 and bloogle on 6.
Nyles Lannon played the casio on 5.
